IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ALL PACKAGE PRICING

Because each event requires a different level of on-site support, staffing needs are evaluated individually and reflected separately from coordination pricing. Additional factors such as event scope, location, and complexity may also influence the final investment.

STAFFING

$150/EA

  • One additional staff member needed for every ~50 guests.

  • Additional task details may require added assistance (multiple location/travel, decor details, room flips, etc.).

TRAVEL & LODGING

  • Travel within 50 miles of Graham NC is included. After 50 miles is $0.70/mile, round-trip

  • Locations more than 2 and 1/2 hours from Graham may require lodging arrangements

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE

  • Limited coordination assistance for rehearsal dinners, brunches, etc. for gatherings related to the event
