à La Carte

While our full coordination packages offer the most complete level of support, we understand that some may need assistance in only select areas. The following à la carte options allow you to add focused services where additional guidance or presence is desired.

4 HR COVERAGE

$600

Can cover Venue decorating into Ceremony coverage or Ceremony into partial Reception coverage.

Additional hours can be requested for $100/hr. Cap at 7 hours of coverage.

DECORATING

$250-$400

Covers setting up decorations Only

CLEAN-UP

$350-500

Covers setting up end of ceremony clean-up only. Starts 2 hours prior to scheduled venue closing time.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ALL PACKAGE PRICING

Because each event requires a different level of on-site support, staffing needs are evaluated individually and reflected separately from coordination pricing. Additional factors such as event scope, location, and complexity may also influence the final investment.

STAFFING

$150/EA

  • One additional staff member needed for every ~50 guests.

  • Additional task details may require added assistance at $50/hr (multiple location/travel, decor details, room flips, etc.).

TRAVEL & LODGING

  • Travel within 50 to 100 miles of Graham NC is included depending on your package. Additional mileage is $0.70/mile, round-trip for day-of event and rehearsal day

  • Locations more than 2 and 1/2 hours from Graham will require a flat rate $250 travel and lodging fee.

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE

$300/EA

  • Limited coordination assistance for rehearsal dinners, brunches, etc. for gatherings related to the event
